Growth Strategy Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct analyses and/or manage workstreams within prominent, high-impact strategic projects.

• Engage in interviews and collaborative sessions with leaders in Medicare and Medicaid, as well as across the wider organization.

• Perform thorough industry, market, competitor, and financial analyses.

• Uncover insights for Humana.

• Develop high-quality analyses and deliverables that outline objectives, issues, and challenges.

• Present insightful findings and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with team members and leaders throughout the company.

• Shape considerations for implementation.

• Partner with business owners to transition analyses into practical execution.

• Support the priority strategy projects of Enterprise Growth, focusing on the development of Medicare Advantage strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with excellent academic credentials.

• 2+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate/business unit strategy, or finance.

• Proven track record of leadership.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to quickly establish and maintain trust with business leaders.

• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and focused on teamwork.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support the development of junior staff.

• Strong dedication to personal and professional growth.

• Experience in managed care and/or healthcare services is preferred.

• Home internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
