Strategic Finance Associate

📋 Description

• Create a holistic perspective on revenue streams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and financial outcomes.

• Assess funnel, pipeline, revenue, and retention performance to uncover drivers, risks, and opportunities.

• Monitor GTM KPIs and financial metrics aimed at growth and profitability.

• Develop and sustain operational models, comprising financial statements, revenue models, and unit economics.

• Assist in ongoing forecasts and executive reporting.

• Conduct variance analysis and offer actionable insights to leadership.

• Prepare reports for board meetings and investors.

• Transform complex data into actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Assess pricing, packaging, GTM investments, and strategic initiatives through quantitative impact analysis.

• Collaborate across functions to enhance decision-making and execution.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite analysis, enhance reporting, and automate manual processes.

• Identify and test AI applications for forecasting, data processing, and operational enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, FP&A, or RevOps.

• Proficient in advanced financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting, 3-statement modeling, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with demonstrated expertise in modeling and data interpretation.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of translating complex financial analyses into clear narratives for an executive audience.

• Familiarity with CRM/reporting systems, BI tools, and SQL is advantageous.

• A curious and resourceful mindset, comfortable in dynamic environments.
