This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster and maintain executive relationships with key enterprise clients.
• Facilitate the realization of value across TruBridge’s revenue cycle management services, EHR, and third-party solutions.
• Enhance both operational and financial performance while promoting EHR adoption, solution integration, and client outcomes.
• Create and execute client success and recovery strategies.
• Assess client satisfaction, engagement, solution adoption, service performance, and relationship metrics.
• Generate value realization reports that illustrate client ROI and assist in executive business reviews and renewal decisions.
• Connect qualified clients with the TruBridge reference program.
• Conduct executive-level performance evaluations and transform revenue cycle data into prioritized action items.
• Lead cross-functional Financial Health teams and subject matter experts in identifying challenges and implementing corrective actions.
• Act as the executive escalation point for significant RCM service and performance issues.
• Take ownership of client retention, renewal readiness, satisfaction, risk management, and sustainable growth.
• Manage client risk utilizing service, financial, operational, relationship, and contractual indicators.
• Identify and assess upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with the sales team.
• Develop best practices for managing client profitability, invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-offs, and contractual interactions.
• Ensure adherence to EEO laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other relevant regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Proven experience in enhancing healthcare revenue cycle performance, particularly in cash collections, accounts receivable aging, denial management, billing quality, and payer or contractual outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in boosting client satisfaction, safeguarding renewals, reducing avoidable attrition, and revitalizing at-risk client relationships.
• Capability to identify emerging client issues, devise resolution strategies, maintain stakeholder accountability, and ensure follow-through until risks are mitigated.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Strong skills in building and nurturing relationships.
• Experience in advising and influencing hospital CFOs, revenue cycle executives, and operational leaders.
• Proficiency in analyzing revenue cycle performance trends, identifying root causes, quantifying financial impacts, and presenting recommendations and recovery plans.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle.
• At least 3 years of experience leading client-facing RCM services, operations, performance improvement, or complex account recovery efforts.
• Preferred: experience in strategic account management, healthcare technology, or health information systems.
