Construction Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Doxel’s strategic clients, fostering impact and success.

• Function as a subject matter expert on Doxel’s offerings and contribute to advancing the construction industry.

• Share best practices and assist customers in adopting technology to enhance efficiency.

• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders.

• Document feature requests, validate minor bugs, and escalate technical inquiries to engineering leads.

• Collect customer feedback and identify trends, pain points, and areas needing attention.

• Develop best practices and FAQs to provide consistent support to customers.

• Escalate and manage urgent customer situations effectively.

• Promote the widespread adoption of the Doxel platform.

• Showcase and validate the impact of Doxel’s products and services to customer stakeholders and field teams.

• Empower customers to leverage Doxel’s dataset to enhance efficiencies and pose insightful questions to their teams.

• Conduct site visits, training sessions, and discovery meetings with customers’ field teams at large commercial construction projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a project engineer, project manager, scheduler, superintendent, and/or project controls.

• Familiarity with the processes and procedures utilized by General Contractors.

• Proficient with modern technology for managing and communicating with clients.

• Proactive and self-driven individual.

• High aptitude and eagerness to continuously learn new technologies.

• Adaptable to diverse work environments with a strong personal initiative to execute tasks with minimal supervision.

• Experience working in ambiguous situations, often juggling multiple roles daily.

• Willingness to contribute to solutions, regardless of the source of the challenge.

• Willingness to travel weekly, up to 50%, to job sites to establish rapport and achieve results with clients.
