This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Design and execute annual and long-term sponsor partnership blood drive initiatives within the designated region to meet collection targets.
• Discover, cultivate, and implement innovative strategies to attract, manage, and sustain Blood Program Leaders/Sponsor collaborations.
• Optimize the value derived from sponsor partnerships.
• Offer organizational and operational assistance to sponsor representatives.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with assigned Blood Program Leaders/Sponsors.
• Support the yearly blood drive calendar by identifying and utilizing methods for efficiently scheduling sponsor blood drives.
• Stay informed about the assigned region, including government entities, demographics, organizations, and competitive landscape.
• Leverage geographic insights to serve Sponsor groups and penetrate targeted markets.
• Keep precise system records.
• Provide tracking and statistical insights regarding Sponsor group performance.
• Ensure that organizational tools, technology, and strategies enhance customer service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Identify areas for improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
• Familiarity with group dynamics, direct sales, customer relationship management techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including training and presentation skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to work with both internal and external partners, as well as internal unit management teams, to resolve complex business challenges.
• Proficient in analyzing historical collection data, forecasting upcoming collection trends, setting goals, developing metrics, and achieving operational enhancements in key performance indicators.
• Experience in effectively implementing programs is preferred.
• Some travel may be necessary.
• Experience in donor recruitment is preferred.
• Experience in blood drive scheduling is preferred.
