This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead and cultivate a team of designated On Premise Specialists.
• Design and oversee optimal market coverage utilizing account segmentation data.
• Recruit talent, address performance gaps, and establish a succession pipeline.
• Set performance benchmarks and implement data-driven coaching techniques.
• Assist with monthly depletion forecasting and annual budget formulation.
• Develop activation budgets in collaboration with Field Marketing.
• Influence strategic investment decisions and distributor resource allocations.
• Create, manage, and track annual on-premise channel plans.
• Own channel performance, drive share growth, and accelerate the growth of priority brands.
• Define account segmentation and tiering to enhance execution and brand-building initiatives.
• Utilize revenue management strategies to optimize portfolio development.
• Build relationships with key on-premise accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Deliver fact-based sales presentations and programming initiatives.
• Collaborate with National and Regional Account Managers on program execution, compliance, and pricing.
• Partner with distributor leadership on resource allocation, priorities, and execution strategies.
• Address market gaps and distributor performance challenges.
• Train distributor sales personnel on brand presentations.
• Work alongside Field Marketing on program execution.
• 7+ years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience in the beverage alcohol sector.
• Capability to leverage distributor data, depletion trends, market insights, and account segmentation strategies.
• Proven success in delivering sustained depletion, distribution, and share growth.
• Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Experience in influencing distributor strategy and holding partners accountable for results.
• Ability to analyze market data and transform insights into actionable commercial strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to travel approximately 20 business days per year.
• Must possess a motor vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: experience managing large metropolitan markets such as Chicago.
• Preferred: experience working with national and strategic on-premise accounts.
• Preferred: experience in leading organizational change, market restructuring, or team transformations.
