Field Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of field service technicians.

• Enhance technician productivity, response times, first-time fix rates, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Drive service revenue growth and printer placements through exceptional customer support and service excellence.

• Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture while boosting engagement and field morale.

• Eliminate operational barriers and assist technicians in achieving their performance goals.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.

• Manage customer escalations and ensure that outstanding issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

• Promote continuous improvement across service operations, inventory management, and field processes.

• Oversee revenue growth, expense management, inventory turns, and service productivity metrics.

• Develop an understanding of financial performance and participate in decisions that impact Field Service and OpCo outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, electronics, or a related field.

• 5-10 years of experience in field service or technical support positions.

• More than 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and inspire remote field-based employees.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Experience with service CRM/ERP tools, such as Salesforce.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
