This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive demand through inbound and marketing-generated leads, such as demo requests, event inquiries, and campaign responses.
• Create new demand via strategic outbound efforts using calls, emails, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Investigate prospects to reveal business context and challenges, utilizing AI-driven tools to prioritize accounts likely to convert.
• Implement structured PACCT qualification frameworks to evaluate suitability, preparedness, and urgency.
• Assess value by understanding budget constraints, project scope, and the magnitude of the issues at hand.
• Accurately document meeting results.
• Transform qualified meetings into opportunities within the pipeline.
• Manage the transition to the Sales Specialist and record actionable insights in Salesforce.
• Maintain engagement post-handover, assist with early discovery, secure subsequent meetings, and ensure opportunities progress.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists to define target accounts and develop outbound strategies.
• Provide thorough briefings to Sales Specialists and keep them updated as opportunities evolve.
• Oversee marketing-sourced leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and consistent qualification.
• Offer structured feedback to Marketing regarding lead quality, events, and campaigns.
• Document every meeting outcome within 24 hours and link opportunities to their respective meetings.
• Keep accurate Salesforce records concerning account activities and qualifications.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, and actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or in a similar pipeline-generation role.
• A proven record of converting meetings into qualified opportunities, rather than merely scheduling them.
• Demonstrated resilience and persistence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening abilities and adaptability in style based on feedback.
• An authentic curiosity about buyers.
• Robust organizational skills and the discipline to maintain CRM accuracy under pressure.
• Confidence in collaborating with Sales Specialists and Marketing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English; fluency in either German or French is preferred.
• Familiarity with data security, AI governance, data privacy, or compliance as a market.
• Experience with Salesforce and research tools.
• Prior experience in technology or SaaS environments.
• Comfort with AI-assisted productivity tools and openness to exploring new technologies.
• Knowledge of account-based marketing and sales strategies.
