This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the daily operations of BDRs.
• Foster pipeline creation while enhancing both outbound and inbound prospecting efforts.
• Manage SDR/BDR key performance indicators, which include activity metrics, qualified meeting volume, pipeline influence, and conversion rates.
• Mentor, coach, and develop BDRs by establishing targets, conducting one-on-one sessions, providing feedback, and outlining career development plans.
• Design and implement prospecting strategies tailored to specific target segments, verticals, and buyer personas.
• Develop and refine messaging, outreach sequences, and engagement cadences.
• Work in partnership with RevOps and Account Executives to establish qualification criteria and streamline handoff processes.
• Utilize Salesforce and various sales engagement tools to track performance and enhance the sales funnel.
• Conduct weekly stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, content, and event follow-ups to boost conversion rates.
• Recruit and onboard new BDRs while actively participating in hiring and onboarding initiatives.
• Analyze outreach data, test various hypotheses, and determine the most effective methods for pipeline development.
• Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and RevOps.
• Minimum of 7 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience managing or coaching BDRs/SDRs or equivalent leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in building pipelines through both outbound and inbound prospecting initiatives.
• Proficient in using CRM and sales engagement platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Gong.
• Strong expertise in coaching, providing feedback, and managing performance.
• Comfortable with metrics and conducting A/B testing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority.
• Understanding of SaaS, developer tools, mobile applications, or cloud-native infrastructure.
• Familiarity with running ABM or targeted outbound strategies utilizing intent data.
• Knowledge of revenue operations and marketing/sales alignment practices.
• Experience in hiring and scaling BDR teams from 6 to over 10 members.
• Previous experience in a tech or SaaS environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with pitching to software development teams is a plus.
• Experience with Gong Engage, Outreach, or Salesloft is an advantage.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on mentoring the broader team.
