This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Analyze, formulate, implement, and monitor a strategic business plan to identify target markets, resellers, and potential partners.
• Establish a customer base and nurture the sales funnel.
• Continuously enhance the funnel through business development efforts and by utilizing contacts to discover new prospective clients.
• Develop meeting strategies and conduct both in-person and virtual meetings with prospects effectively.
• Provide outstanding, personalized, and proactive customer service.
• Identify client needs and strive to meet their expectations.
• Expand and maintain the customer base while increasing customer sales.
• Create and execute strategies aimed at boosting sales.
• Collaborate with our internal specialists to assess, clarify, and validate client needs from the beginning of the relationship and continuously thereafter.
• Establish and uphold strong relationships with clients at the appropriate decision-making levels across various departments.
• Partner with GENAIZ’s multidisciplinary team to craft proposals addressing clients’ needs, concerns, goals, and objectives.
• Contribute to the training and enhancement of resellers’ and affiliates’ commercial capabilities.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector with a network among pharmaceutical organizations, biotech firms, CDMOs, and CROs.
• Relevant business development experience at an executive level in technology, ideally within a regulated environment governed by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• High personal integrity coupled with an honest and transparent approach.
• Self-awareness, active listening skills, and the ability to adjust communication style according to the audience.
• Strong capability to forge enduring relationships.
• Experience in developing new markets for a growing organization.
• Proven track record in identifying opportunities and crafting creative value propositions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A proactive, motivated, and persistent mindset.
• Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment and a quick learning capability.
• Positive and engaging attitude.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in French is an asset.
