This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Manage the executive, commercial, and technical relationships with a selection of high-impact strategic partners.
• Lead joint go-to-market strategies, foster solution innovation, and drive revenue growth.
• Align the business priorities of partners with the corporate strategy.
• Facilitate engagement at the executive level and broaden strategic opportunities.
• Oversee the annual and quarterly planning of joint business initiatives.
• Define shared objectives, revenue goals, co-selling strategies, and marketing investments.
• Identify and activate combined value propositions and integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize accounts, develop co-selling pipelines, and boost partner-influenced revenue.
• Provide partners with positioning, enablement, and competitive insights.
• Coordinate resources in solution engineering, product development, marketing, enablement, and services.
• Encourage partner access to training, certifications, technical resources, and solution playbooks.
• Work alongside product and engineering teams on integrations, roadmap alignment, and co-innovation.
• Monitor partner KPIs, including pipeline creation, revenue contribution, solution adoption, and customer success metrics.
• Evaluate partner performance to guide investment, resource distribution, and market execution.
• Ensure partner satisfaction, operational excellence, and effective post-sales execution.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, partner ecosystem movements, and shifts in the competitive landscape.
• A minimum of 12 years in strategic alliances, partner management, cloud/technology sales, or roles focused on ecosystem development.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue, executing co-sell strategies, and achieving mutual business growth with enterprise technology partners.
• Profound understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise software, and partner ecosystems, including ISVs, hyperscalers, OEMs, GSIs, and MSPs.
• Strong business insight and the ability to navigate complex organizations while influencing executives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, with the capacity to manage multiple strategic initiatives at once.
• A passion for innovation, ecosystem thinking, and establishing long-term strategic relationships.
