This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively oversee the overall relationship with a key hyperscale data center client.
• Manage nationwide program projects that impact critical infrastructure within the client's data center portfolio.
• Lead complex, multi-million-dollar new construction hyperscale data center initiatives.
• Identify program needs and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the program throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Promote the company’s Core Values and maintain a family-oriented culture.
• Implement the E2 relationship strategy within the strategic account across the nation.
• Achieve objectives and metrics in alignment with the mission and goals of Executive Leadership.
• Work alongside Safety, Quality, Cost Controls, Continuous Improvement, and Operations Teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Provide accurate and timely program status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project proposals, contracts, finances, and profitability.
• Serve as the primary escalation point before engaging corporate management.
• Adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; degrees in Business Administration or Construction are preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in telecommunications/low voltage management and driving revenue growth.
• Over 10 years of experience in construction/telecommunications/data center industries with a solid background in various technology facets.
• RCDD certification is preferred.
• BICSI Technician Certification is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and accurately quote all aspects of the structured cabling system, including pathways, spaces, horizontal cabling, backbone copper, backbone fiber optic, cross-and inter-connections, and testing.
• Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints for building floor plans and construction designs.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% or as required by E2 Optics and/or clients.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must regularly carry and climb ladders up to 20 feet.
• Must be capable of operating scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if necessary.
• May need to work in tight and confined spaces.
