This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively oversee the overall relationship with a key hyperscale data center client.
• Manage national program initiatives affecting critical infrastructure within the client's data center portfolio.
• Lead complex, multi-million-dollar new construction projects for hyperscale data centers.
• Identify program requirements while maintaining operational integrity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the program throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Adhere to safe work practices as well as company and client safety policies and procedures.
• Champion company Core Values and promote a family-oriented culture.
• Implement E2 relationship strategy for the strategic account on a national scale.
• Achieve goals and metrics that align with the mission and objectives of Executive Leadership.
• Work in conjunction with Safety, Quality, Cost Controls, Continuous Improvement, and Operations teams.
• Ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
• Generate precise and timely status reports throughout the program lifecycle.
• Manage project proposals, contracts, and finances to optimize profitability.
• Serve as the primary escalation point prior to corporate management involvement.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Business Administration or Construction preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth.
• Over 10 years of experience in the construction/telecommunications/data center industry with a solid understanding of various technology aspects.
• RCDD certification is preferred.
• BICSI Technician certification is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and accurately quote all components of structured cabling systems, including pathways, spaces, horizontal cabling, backbone copper, backbone fiber optics, cross-connections, inter-connections, and testing.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints of building floor plans and construction designs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% or as required by E2 Optics and/or customers.
• Capable of regularly lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds and frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Must regularly carry and climb ladders to heights of 20 feet.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if necessary.
• May be required to work in tight and confined spaces.
