Strategic Accounts Manager

📋 Description

• Drive sales of the entire Red Hat solution portfolio within designated enterprise accounts while meeting sales targets

• Advocate for the Red Hat value proposition to potential clients in a highly competitive landscape

• Oversee intricate sales processes from initial prospecting to closing deals

• Cultivate and enhance relationships within assigned accounts

• Lead a diverse team comprising product specialists, technologists, and professional services managers

• Achieve and surpass sales quotas in a dynamic organizational environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in sales within the enterprise technology sector

• Proficient in both direct and partner sales models

• Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for open source technology

• Solid grasp of cloud technology and its role in fulfilling the customer's primary objectives

• Capability to engage across various levels within your accounts

• Established track record of collaborating effectively with application development, enterprise architecture, operations, executive leadership (C-Suite), and business unit teams within an account

• Proven market insight and an excellent understanding of the competitive landscape

• Documented success in meeting quotas and closing business within established timelines
