This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement strategic account plans for major health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), academic institutions, and other large healthcare organizations.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior executives, clinical leaders, administrators, and other key decision-makers.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance existing customer relationships and cultivate new enterprise-level business.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer priorities, organizational goals, technology strategies, and future business requirements.
• Facilitate strategic customer dialogues involving multiple stakeholders, departments, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Service, and other internal teams to create and implement thorough account strategies.
• Navigate intricate purchasing, contracting, capital budgeting, procurement, and approval procedures.
• Identify opportunities throughout the broader organization instead of concentrating solely on individual products or transactional sales.
• Oversee long-term prospects involving complex sales cycles and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in commercial negotiations and strategic business development efforts within assigned accounts.
• Maintain insight into account activities, opportunities, customer priorities, and long-term growth potential.
• Represent the organization in high-level customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and other strategic interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in the medical device, healthcare technology, or related healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of managing national, strategic, enterprise, or IDN-level accounts.
• Experience in selling complex solutions to hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, or other large healthcare entities.
• Demonstrated capability to build and sustain relationships with C-suite executives and senior healthcare leaders.
• Experience navigating lengthy, intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong skills in business development, commercial negotiation, presentation, and strategic account planning.
• Ability to comprehend customer business objectives and translate them into long-term commercial opportunities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the capability to coordinate resources across a matrix organization.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally as necessary.
• Experience working with integrated delivery networks (IDNs), large health systems, or national healthcare accounts.
• Background in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
• Familiarity with complex capital equipment, software, services, or enterprise healthcare solutions.
• Proven experience in cultivating executive-level and C-suite relationships.
• Knowledge of hospital capital budgeting, contracting, procurement, and approval processes.
• Experience in developing enterprise strategies that encompass multiple facilities, departments, or business units.
• A track record of expanding strategic relationships and discovering new opportunities within existing accounts.
