This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Drive sales growth within the U.S. Specialty Distribution Group by renewing and upselling existing accounts.
• Discover and implement strategies to expand business operations.
• Oversee sales for designated accounts and promote growth across the Henry Schein product range.
• Generate and qualify leads, cross-sell products, and facilitate account planning.
• Maintain customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct regular visits, presentations, quarterly business reviews, customer summits, and networking events.
• Showcase expertise in Henry Schein's products, services, and offerings.
• Educate, mentor, and collaborate with internal team members.
• Create strategic account plans that align with business goals.
• Attend and assist at industry trade shows and company meetings.
• Monitor legal agreements for assigned accounts.
• Engage in Customer Business Review processes.
• Participate in special projects and fulfill other necessary duties.
• Candidates must live within the designated territory: Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colorado.
• Applicants must be located within one hour of a major airport.
• Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales targets and fostering account growth.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
• Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic understanding of legal agreements and associated processes.
• Ability to leverage analytics to extract key customer insights.
• Familiarity with contracts, pricing/cost structures, credit, and Group Purchasing Organizations.
• Knowledge of the Henry Schein Medical website, products, and solutions.
• Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Effective decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Typically requires 3–5 years of field sales experience.
• Travel requirement of approximately 40%–50%.
