This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Lead the commercial advancement of AstraZeneca’s innovative triple therapy for COPD and its forthcoming indications.
• Facilitate advanced, cross-functional partnerships with key regional stakeholders.
• Discover business opportunities while translating data and customer insights into strategic account plans.
• Create and execute data-driven strategies for prioritized accounts.
• Establish long-lasting partnerships with decision-makers, prescribers, and expert groups across specialized and primary care settings.
• Implement omnichannel strategies in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Assist patients in accessing the latest treatments and integrate the AstraZeneca brand into local healthcare systems.
• Spearhead change initiatives and collaborative projects.
• Utilize Veeva and other digital tools for gathering customer insights, fostering relationships, and making informed business decisions.
• Operate in accordance with scientific and health-economic principles while adhering to company values, standards, and regulations.
• Travel frequently within the region, with approximately 2–4 overnight trips per month.
• A degree in health or life sciences (such as nursing, pharmacy, biomedical analysis, or equivalent) or a medical qualification with LIF authorization is mandatory.
• Several years of experience in sales or healthcare, ideally within the pharmaceutical or Medtech sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in business development and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong comprehension of the Swedish healthcare system, including its structure and decision-making processes.
• Proficient in digital tools and data analytics, particularly Veeva and remote e-detailing.
• Capability to cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with internal and external healthcare stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, in both written and spoken forms.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and readiness to travel within the region.
• Previous track record of successful sales and experience engaging with expert groups, as well as specialist and primary care in Northern Sweden, is advantageous.
