This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Foster customer relationships that encourage growth and retention within key accounts.
• Assist designated customers throughout the strategic lifecycle from opportunity identification and pilot phases to successful closure.
• Oversee the complete customer lifecycle, which includes onboarding, renewal, and further expansion.
• Recognize, cultivate, and finalize revenue opportunities within designated strategic accounts.
• Handle the pipeline from qualification through to closure.
• Lead pilot cycles to ensure successful execution and swift scaling across client portfolios.
• Maintain trusted partnerships with essential stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Offer proactive engagement and strategic updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to convert client needs into scalable solutions.
• Deliver advanced data analysis and actionable insights to enhance customer value and uncover new revenue streams.
• Keep thorough, up-to-date documentation of client interactions, strategic plans, and opportunities within the CRM.
• Act as a point of escalation for customer issues.
• Elevate internal challenges to the Vice President of Client Success.
• Substantial prior experience in a client-facing or account management position, demonstrating a successful track record.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), support platforms, ticketing systems, and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with SaaS, multifamily real estate, HOA, or PropTech industries.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong active listening abilities.
• Capability to manage urgent high-priority issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented, highly self-motivated, proactive in outreach, and adept at collaborating in a dynamic setting.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a Customer Success role is preferred.
• Previous sales experience and a proactive approach to client interactions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Rently US does not offer sponsorship.
