This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take charge of the customer experience journey for newly acquired Strategic Accounts.
• Lead contract updates, implementation plans for expansions, and oversee the overall customer experience.
• Develop and manage the strategic pipeline of key accounts in the aligned area.
• Collaborate with leadership across the Diagnostic Business Unit and various U.S. Diagnostics areas.
• Train and coach field teams along with account-related business and marketing roles on key account opportunities and retention strategies.
• Oversee the complete portfolio while constructing and deconstructing new and retention sales opportunities for Diagnostics businesses.
• Enhance portfolio presence within veterinary hospitals to maximize, protect, and uphold total customer value.
• Assist customers throughout the Staywell Journey.
• Work collaboratively to ensure adequate margins and profits.
• Excel in the installation and workflow processes for new accounts.
• Act as a product expert for Imagyst, HUB, Vue+, OptiCell, and other new product launches.
• Provide field-level insights on Diagnostics competition.
• Aid Area Business Managers in coaching area teams on Diagnostics tactics and cross-selling in larger accounts.
• Develop and enhance area pipelines for Emerging Corporates, driving account strategy and tactics.
• Share best practices among different regions.
• Collaborate with C&S Leads, Regional Field Marketing Managers, Key Account Technical Specialists, Area Teams, Legal, Finance, NRM, Loyalty, and Pricing teams.
• Travel 50%-60% in a field-based position.
• Report to the Head of U.S. Corporate & Specialty.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8+ years of experience in the animal health industry or sales.
• Proven exceptional proficiency in onboarding, workflow management, and Pipeline Execution.
• Outstanding Project Management skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a high-demand environment while delivering quality results on time.
• Capability to effectively communicate technical information to professionals with similar or greater technical expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven strategic thinking and decisive action capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
• A collaborative and motivating leader.
• Initiative, resourcefulness, accountability, and eagerness to accept challenges and drive change.

• Must possess or obtain authorization to work in the U.S. for Zoetis.
