Procurement Carrier Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with carriers throughout North Asia, which includes Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan.

• Formulate and implement procurement strategies for networking equipment and related accessories.

• Collaborate with internal departments on forthcoming and long-term initiatives.

• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly profit and loss management reports.

• Supervise and enhance inventory management, focusing on stock levels, inventory amortization, and cost control for storage.

• Develop and extend vendor channels, including vendor due diligence and negotiation of commercial costs.

• Recognize gaps in operational processes and execute necessary corrective measures.

• Ensure adherence to company standards, internal controls, and operational protocols.

• Establish and refine the organizational structure of the team to facilitate business growth.

• Foster and maintain customer and partner relationships within the global networking ecosystem.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is preferred.

• Background in the telecom, data center, or cloud sectors.

• A degree in business administration, inventory management, finance, or a similar field.

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in comparable positions.

• Outstanding computer skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to be located in Hong Kong, Korea, or Japan.
