📋 Description

• Represent Rockwell Automation’s range of automation, digital transformation, power monitoring, and industrial software solutions to key data center clients.

• Drive the development of global partnerships with hyperscale, colocation, cloud, and enterprise data center clients.

• Foster trusted relationships with executive and senior leadership stakeholders.

• Coordinate Rockwell Automation's sales, technical, and support teams globally to enhance solution adoption.

• Clearly communicate the business value of solutions concerning uptime, capacity utilization, energy efficiency, sustainability, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.

• Cultivate strategic relationships with executive sponsors and key influencers within global data center organizations.

• Formulate and implement growth strategies aimed at increasing share of wallet within customer data center operations.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities related to facility operations, power distribution, cooling systems, infrastructure monitoring, digital transformation, and automation.

• Collaborate with product business units, industry teams, technical consultants, geographic sales organizations, and executive leadership.

• Engage in customer planning, design, expansion, and modernization projects.

• Seek growth opportunities in areas such as AI-ready infrastructure, energy management, sustainability, predictive maintenance, cybersecurity, and asset optimization.

• Develop and implement annual strategic account plans while providing regular progress updates.

• Assist customers in their global expansions, ensuring consistent engagement and solution delivery across different regions.

• Travel as necessary for developing executive relationships, strategic planning, and executing major customer initiatives.

• Create reference architectures, success stories, and case studies in collaboration with customers.

• Exemplify executive-level selling techniques and mentor sales colleagues.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% of the time.

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Data Center, Critical Infrastructure, Cloud, Colocation, Mission-Critical Facilities, Energy Management, or Industrial Technology sectors.

• Understanding of data center operations, including power systems, electrical distribution, cooling infrastructure, building management systems, asset management, resilience, and uptime requirements.

• At least 3 years of strategic account management experience with hyperscale, colocation, cloud, or enterprise data center clients.

• Experience in selling automation, software, digital transformation, infrastructure monitoring, energy management, or industrial technology solutions in mission-critical environments.

• Proven consultative and solution-selling experience, with the capacity to align customer business drivers with technology investments and operational outcomes.

• Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders responsible for data center operations, facilities, engineering, sustainability, and infrastructure strategy.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders and geographically dispersed teams.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, services, software, and customer support organizations.

• Familiarity with emerging trends such as AI data centers, digital twins, sustainability initiatives, industrial cybersecurity, and intelligent infrastructure management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
