This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a primary contact for designated strategic Aerospace and Defense (A&D) accounts and programs.
• Build and sustain relationships with customer program managers, engineers, supply chain professionals, and technical contacts.
• Engage with customers to comprehend mission requirements, technology roadmaps, and emerging capability gaps.
• Create and uphold a pipeline of strategic account opportunities that align with TTM’s A&D strategy and capabilities.
• Lead and facilitate the introduction of new products, technologies, and programs across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other functions.
• Develop solutions that meet or surpass customer expectations in terms of price, performance, quality, and delivery.
• Convert customer needs and priorities into actionable business strategies and program goals.
• Oversee customer programs across TTM locations, including materials, manufacturing activities, product transitions, and project execution.
• Identify and resolve obstacles or complex customer issues that impact program execution, satisfaction, or growth.
• Monitor customer performance metrics, such as On-Time Delivery and quality performance, and coordinate improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development leadership on customer activities, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and occasional travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in program management, strategic account management, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong comprehension of the PCB/microelectronics sector and A&D customer requirements is preferred.
• Experience in the A&D industry is strongly preferred.
• Ability to foster and maintain robust relationships with A&D customers and influence requirements through strategic engagement and technical credibility.
• Capability to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple programs and opportunities concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM and capture/proposal management tools is preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required due to ITAR regulations.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
