This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Provide support throughout the TULSA-PRO® implementation lifecycle at clinical locations, encompassing installation, workflow integration, and continuous program enhancement.
• Develop and sustain relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and clinical personnel to promote utilization and acceptance.
• Serve as the primary contact for hospitals and clinical teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives, schedules, and compliance regulations.
• Implement account-specific strategies to increase program visibility and procedural volume.
• Coordinate efforts among clinical, engineering, marketing, and regulatory teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Aid in the development of training programs for physicians and staff to ensure proficiency and adoption of TULSA-PRO® technology.
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics, including clinical outcomes, utilization statistics, and financial results.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, design controls, and internal SOPs.
• Represent TULSA-PRO® at marketing events, executive meetings, and presentations to illustrate value propositions and facilitate hospital system approvals.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, additional installations, and service expansions.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in healthcare program management, capital equipment sales, or clinical account management is necessary.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and the adoption of healthcare technology.
• Proven track record of building relationships with physicians, administrators, and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account and site distribution.
• PMP certification or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience with Class II/III medical devices and controlled product development processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with urology or oncology clinical settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project, ERP systems, and CRM tools is required.
• Demonstrated success in solution-selling and strategic account management.
