This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide support throughout the entire lifecycle of TULSA-PRO® implementation at clinical locations, which includes installation, workflow integration, and continuous program optimization.
• Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and clinical personnel to enhance utilization and adoption rates.
• Act as the primary contact for hospitals and clinical teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Implement account-specific strategies to increase program awareness and procedural volume.
• Collaborate with clinical, engineering, marketing, and regulatory teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Assist in training programs for physicians and staff to ensure competency and adoption of TULSA-PRO® technology.
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics, including clinical outcomes, utilization statistics, and financial results.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, design controls, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Represent TULSA-PRO® at marketing events, executive meetings, and presentations to showcase value propositions and facilitate hospital system approval.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements, additional installations, and service expansions.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in healthcare program management, capital equipment sales, or clinical account management is necessary.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and the adoption of healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with physicians, administrators, and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account and site distribution.
• PMP certification or a similar qualification is advantageous.
• Experience with Class II/III medical devices and controlled product development processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical environments related to urology or oncology is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project, ERP systems, and CRM tools is essential.
• Proven success in solution-selling and strategic account management.
