This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Spearhead Orijin’s initiatives to ensure the success and growth of clients across various customer accounts.
• Establish a communication schedule with customer personnel to align on the outcomes of the tablet program.
• Implement data-driven strategies for customer success to boost Platform utilization and improve student outcomes.
• Execute plans aimed at increasing student engagement with the Orijin Platform.
• Oversee existing customer contracts, including negotiations for renewals and upsells.
• Facilitate the transition of customers from Support and Implementation to Strategic Account Management.
• Conduct regular customer check-in meetings to assess goals, usage metrics, and action items.
• Provide continuous training to client staff and identify their training needs.
• Cultivate expertise in Orijin’s content and features to effectively market products to clients.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas alongside Sales to enhance renewals, upsells, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the data team to present and analyze meaningful data, delivering actionable insights during monthly or quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Training teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver monthly or quarterly data reports to client leadership.
• Manage the timing and discussions of renewals, preparing quotes to guarantee timely payments and uninterrupted service.
• Upsell current contracts to meet sales and growth objectives, thereby expanding Orijin’s influence.
• Proven track record of achieving strong results in account management within the educational technology sector or a related field, catering to medium to large governmental clients.
• History of meeting or surpassing annual targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple clients concurrently with effective time management.
• Familiarity with educational programs and standards.
• Commitment to Orijin’s mission of reducing recidivism and enhancing outcomes for incarcerated learners and returning citizens.
• Experience in Account Management or Sales is advantageous.
• $85-87k USD base salary with On Target Earnings (Commission) total compensation of $125,000.
• Potential for variable compensation that can exceed target levels.
