This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver solutions to clients as a primary business owner of Invivyd's resources and offerings across healthcare providers, organizations, centers of excellence, integrated delivery network stakeholders, Veterans Affairs centers, reimbursement personnel, and practice administrators.
• Collaborate effectively to address customer inquiries.
• Facilitate clinical discussions and pinpoint account challenges to offer suitable solutions.
• Identify common priorities and formulate strategic business plans for the territory that enhance product demand and fulfill the needs of key partners and patients.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on account and territory strategies to optimize access to products and services.
• Compile customer and market data, along with insights, to leverage multiple channels and drive comprehensive sales engagements.
• Employ a data-driven methodology to prioritize customers and accounts for maximum impact on strategic plans.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of sales experience in the biopharma sector is preferred.
• Must possess a current, valid state driver's license and successfully complete a motor vehicle record (MVR) background check.
• Candidates are required to reside within the designated territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within the region, including both driving and flying.
• Required to spend five days a week in the field while managing administrative responsibilities.
• Demonstrated history of high performance and success in selling to large accounts and key customer segments.
• Strong capability to communicate compliant clinical product information.
• Experience in diverse matrix environments and familiarity with Reimbursement, Buy-and-Bill, Specialty Pharmacies, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Federal channels.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience in adhering to laws, regulations, and industry codes, including the PhRMA Code.
• Knowledge of the Veterans Affairs system within the territory and relevant business rules and regulations.
• Results-driven with proven time-management skills.
• Broad knowledge of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling medical benefit products.
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology, Rheumatology, Transplant, Hospital/IDN, Veterans Affairs, immunology, account management strategy, and new product launches.
• Effective time-management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Consistent sales performance surpassing quotas, with Presidents Club achievements and other accolades.
