This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership and expand Geomiq’s Greater London territory focusing on manufacturing and engineering accounts.
• Develop territory strategies centered around priority customers, targeted accounts, specific sites, and active opportunities.
• Enhance the volume of RFQs, repeat business, and overall share of wallet within the territory.
• Identify accounts that have the potential to evolve into deeper strategic partnerships.
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders in engineering, procurement, operations, production, and senior management.
• Conduct site visits across Greater London to gain insights into sourcing processes, supplier gaps, project pipelines, and manufacturing priorities.
• Forge new connections, departments, and sites within both existing and target accounts.
• Align Geomiq’s CNC machining, injection moulding, sheet metal, fabrication, and 3D printing capabilities to meet customer needs.
• Re-engage with previously lapsed or underdeveloped accounts that possess significant commercial potential.
• Cultivate selected target accounts within manufacturing, engineering, and industrial markets.
• Transform customer insights into a qualified pipeline, RFQs, and finalized revenue.
• Manage account progression from opportunity creation to quoting, negotiation, closing, and handover.
• Identify and advance high-value opportunities, collaborating with the Technical Sales Engineer for deeper technical scoping, supplier validation, or HVP execution as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams in account management, supply chain, quoting, and operations to ensure customer follow-up, quote progression, CRM updates, and clear next steps.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within established commercial guidelines.
• Demonstrated experience in field sales, strategic account management, territory sales, or business development.
• A background in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, technical B2B, or custom manufacturing sectors.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with procurement, engineering, operations, and production stakeholders.
• Proficient in growing existing accounts, reactivating dormant customers, and identifying new opportunities.
• Technically adept enough to engage in discussions about drawings, materials, production methods, and manufacturing requirements.
• Commercially astute, showcasing strong account planning, CRM discipline, negotiation skills, and follow-through.
• Willingness to regularly visit customer sites and collaborate closely with internal sales, quoting, supply, and operations teams.
• Familiarity with the geography of Greater London and the manufacturing businesses operating within it is highly advantageous.
