This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth and enhance the office base within Standard Accounts.

• Partner with the Business Development Manager on strategic initiatives, aligning goals, and fostering account growth.

• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, text, video conferencing, and various other channels.

• Build and sustain office-level relationships to optimize share of wallet.

• Identify and pursue new business prospects and additional sales opportunities.

• Utilize knowledge in clinical or dental sales as a reliable resource for dental offices.

• Monitor account performance and generate actionable growth insights.

• Report on account activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders.

• Engage both former and new office business targets through structured outreach and strategic call volumes.

• Track and manage deals through different stages of the sales pipeline using CRM.

• Identify offices that are declining or have been lost and document reasons in HubSpot.

• Promote and sell dental lab products and services to dental offices, clinics, and practices.

• Educate offices on products, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

• Articulate product features and employ persuasive sales techniques with assigned offices and dentists.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison between technicians and offices, offering product and technical advice.

• Collaborate with various departments to address case-related questions, issues, and follow-ups within 24 hours.

• Record customer information and interactions in CRM.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas, preferably within the dental or related industries.

• Proven capability to forge and sustain long-term relationships with executives, employees, customers, and other stakeholders.

• Experience with HubSpot or similar customer relationship management software is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to be proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.

• Excellent consultative and competitive sales abilities.

• Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.

• Customer- and solution-focused.

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in dental or medical devices, or in-office clinical experience as an RDA or RDH.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% to customer locations or events.

• Flexibility to work hours as needed.
