This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Identify, assess, and cultivate new strategic business opportunities within targeted industries and accounts through market research, networking, and inbound lead qualification.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to comprehend complex customer needs and align them with robotic solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by offering insights into how robotic products and services address customer challenges.
• Guide existing strategic accounts towards increased product adoption and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and sustain executive-level relationships from C-suite to operations.
• Oversee all phases of the sales cycle from qualification to contract closure.
• Ensure timely CRM updates, accurate sales forecasts, and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to shape product strategy and marketing initiatives.
• Uncompromising integrity and strong ethical standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
• Passionate understanding of robotics, automation, and AI, with a proven track record of bringing emerging technologies to market at scale.
• Strategic enterprise-level thinking coupled with strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Highly organized, results-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex technical and business value propositions to varied audiences.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or engineering-related disciplines, or a unique combination of education and experience with proven success.
• At least 8 years of sales experience in the technology B2B sector.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.
