This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Develop and implement Account Growth Plans for designated PSG accounts.
• Lead Account Management Teams for PSG while supporting corporate-level teams to create and advance opportunities to closure.
• Identify and advance proactive, above-funnel strategic offerings tailored to client needs, capabilities, and financial considerations.
• Oversee governance programs across client portfolios, service lines, and global locations.
• Report and facilitate actions based on indicators of relationship health and operational performance.
• Mitigate and address above-site issues through effective communication and engagement with internal and client executives.
• Spearhead improvement initiatives, ensure contract compliance, harmonize processes across sites, and pursue continuous improvement using a PPI approach.
• Implement network-level sales and operations planning processes wherever beneficial.
• Forecast, communicate, and report on sales objectives utilizing CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Cultivate influential relationships with internal and external partners and lead through influence.
• Drive action in dynamic business environments.
• A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a scientific discipline, pharmacy, or a business-related field.
• An MBA is highly preferred.
• Required sales and account management experience in the pharmaceutical sector or a comparable industry.
• Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical product development, cGMP requirements, and CDMO/CRO services.
• Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of financial models, including cash flow, revenue recognition, return on investment, and risk allocation.
• Experience engaging with executives, including those at the C-suite level.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial, program management, relationship management, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience with complex initiatives in a matrix environment that have broad, high-value impact.
