This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the entire customer lifecycle for an EMEA portfolio, transforming relationships into enduring strategic partnerships that both renew and expand.
• Formulate account strategies and growth plans that pinpoint upsell opportunities while anticipating customer requirements.
• Cultivate executive relationships with decision-makers and position RF-SMART solutions around quantifiable business outcomes.
• Propel subscription renewals and expansion revenue.
• Build and sustain a sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and meet revenue targets.
• Negotiate high-level contracts and create mutually advantageous agreements.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Support, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure responsive service delivery.
• Advocate for EMEA customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth prospects internally.
• Organize customer visits, presentations, and intricate sales cycles.
• Position RF-SMART competitively against alternative solutions.
• Develop advocates, references, and champions among customers.
• Keep track of trends in the manufacturing and distribution industries.
• Engage in the interview selection process, including screening candidates, role-play exercises, leadership discussions, and consultative-selling scenario demonstrations.
• Must reside in the UK and be willing to travel to EMEA regions occasionally.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent work experience showcasing your capabilities).
• A demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales targets in software or technology sales, with consistently high-level performance.
• Expertise in consultative selling to comprehend complex business needs and effectively position solutions in a business context.
• Proficiency in relationship-building to foster long-term strategic partnerships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Oracle/Siebel, or NetSuite.
• Flexibility to work hours aligned with BST/GMT time zones and accommodate occasional early or late calls.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for developing account strategies, qualifying opportunities, and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Executive presence and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing/distribution processes, supply chain challenges, WMS systems, and/or warehouse operations.
• Experience managing international accounts or working with EMEA markets, including cross-border, multi-currency, or VAT considerations.
• High technical acumen or experience in selling software/hardware solutions to technical audiences.
• Experience leveraging AI for opportunity generation and sales coaching.
• Legal authorization to work in the UK without the need for visa or work permit sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Significant autonomy accompanied by robust support.
• Access to resources and backing to facilitate impactful customer visits and attend regional trade shows when strategically beneficial.
