This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Spearhead the creation of strategic account plans by leveraging customer insights and analyzing unmet needs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within health systems.
• Serve as a collaborative partner across various domains, including administration, quality, primary care, endocrinology, population health, health equity, IT/EMR/EHR, pharmacy, and additional functions.
• Identify the needs of stakeholders and propose solutions for diabetes management.
• Formulate and execute strategies and tactical initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM), facilitating access for healthcare providers, and accelerating the adoption of CGM technology.
• Work alongside cross-functional account teams and corporate stakeholders to develop compliant strategies, plans, workflow solutions, and technical implementations.
• Monitor and assess customer metrics, adjusting account strategies in response to changing dynamics.
• Keep abreast of current ADC products, their indications, and developments in the diabetes sector.
• Report directly to the Director of Strategic Accounts.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing field sales, sales management, or key account management.
• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare and/or life sciences sector.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in strategic influencing, effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution.
• Proven success in account planning, business planning, problem-solving, and analytical functionalities.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with senior account leadership.
• Capacity to develop customer-centric strategies utilizing multidisciplinary capabilities and resources.
• Aptitude for managing multiple concurrent projects across varied functions.
• Confidence, persuasive skills, the ability to motivate others, and the capability to influence without formal authority.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays, 50%–75% of the time.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in Business or Science.
• Preferred: Experience overseeing national or regional health-system accounts as a Key Account Manager.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the diabetes disease area and experience in promoting related products such as glucose monitors or pumps.
