This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue growth by pursuing expansion deals within key customer accounts.
• Detect and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Strengthen customer relationships and provide customized solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Actively align additional products or services to meet customer requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with key account stakeholders to build trust and enhance retention.
• Keep a thorough understanding of account initiatives, organizational structure, decision-making processes, and budget considerations.
• Develop strategic account plans that encompass expansion and renewal opportunities.
• Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to execute tailored solutions and expansion deals.
• Track account performance and manage the expansion pipeline.
• Provide reports on sales forecasts, revenue goals, and account health indicators.
• Lead negotiations for upsell and cross-sell contracts.
• Address issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce churn risks.
• Offer guidance to customers regarding Keyfactor products, packaging, and suitable licensing entitlements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
• Over 10 years of experience in a revenue-generating role focused on enterprises.
• Familiarity or experience in the banking and insurance sectors is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or equivalent experience.
• In-depth understanding of the IT security landscape and emerging trends.
• Proficiency in risk management and security compliance frameworks.
• Insight into advanced technologies and their impact on the IT security industry.
• Capability to formulate and implement high-level strategic plans that foster growth.
• Expertise in the IT security sector, particularly concerning market trends and dynamics.
• Strong indirect leadership abilities.
• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
