This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of Availity's most significant and strategic health plan clients.
• Broaden strategic payer accounts and discover new use cases.
• Establish connections with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Identify, assess, and pursue expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Promote the adoption of additional Availity solutions and services.
• Formulate and implement strategic account growth plans that align with customer objectives.
• Handle large, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities from initial discovery to final closure.
• Navigate intricate payer organizations and their decision-making frameworks.
• Create business cases and executive presentations that align with customer priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise account strategies.
• Manage forecasts, opportunity progression, pipeline, and revenue growth targets utilizing Salesforce.
• Provide counsel to customers on administrative efficiency, provider engagement, and healthcare operations.
• Lead executive-level discussions regarding growth, innovation, and digital transformation.
• Assist customers in identifying new use cases and maximizing their partnership value with Availity.
• Sustain executive relationships that support long-term account growth.
• Develop strategic account plans and relationship mappings.
• Ensure adherence to established sales processes and documentation standards.
• Meet or surpass revenue and growth targets.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or healthcare business development.
• Proven track record in managing and expanding large enterprise accounts.
• Experience overseeing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate relationships within large healthcare organizations.
• Experience in presenting to and influencing Vice President, Senior Vice President, and C-level executives.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Residence near a major airport, with the ability to travel to customer locations as required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare payer organizations or the healthcare technology sector.
• Experience in selling solutions to health plans and payer organizations.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, interoperability, administrative simplification, claims, provider engagement, or revenue cycle solutions.
• Experience in developing account strategies and implementing multi-year growth plans.
• Exceptional executive presence and consultative selling skills.
• Sponsorship of any kind is not available for this position.
• Must pass a drug test prior to employment commencement.
• Must be able to use a camera for all virtual meetings.
