
Strategic Account Executive – Aerospace & Defense Flow Calibration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Propel revenue expansion by identifying, qualifying, and securing new opportunities within the oil and gas flow measurement, calibration, and testing sectors.
• Create and implement growth strategies for territories and strategic accounts across upstream, midstream, downstream, pipeline, terminal, and petrochemical clients.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline while forecasting revenue through the use of CRM tools.
• Foster and sustain relationships with oil and gas operators, pipeline firms, refineries, terminals, EPC companies, measurement teams, and instrumentation leaders.
• Convert customer technical specifications into solutions for flow calibration, meter proving, measurement assurance, and testing services.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on proposals, scopes of work, technical methodologies, and delivery strategies.
• Spearhead proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations for key oil and gas accounts.
• Represent CEESI at industry events to generate leads and enhance market visibility.
• Collaborate internally to ensure effective project delivery, precise documentation, timely performance, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on business development activities, customer interactions, pipeline progress, results, and ROI.
• Achieve KPIs including revenue growth, gross margin, customer acquisition, pipeline coverage, win rate, account expansion, retention, engagement, forecast accuracy, and CRM adherence.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, petroleum engineering, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development, strategic account management, or technical sales.
• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue, managing intricate sales cycles, and cultivating strategic relationships with industrial or energy-sector clients.
• Proficient communication skills with commercial, operations, engineering, quality, and measurement stakeholders.
• Experience selling to oil and gas operators, pipeline companies, refineries, terminals, LNG facilities, petrochemical plants, or similar energy infrastructure.
• Established relationships and a proven track record in the oil and gas, pipeline, measurement, or energy services sectors.
• Familiarity with testing, inspection, and calibration (TIC) services, including flow calibration, meter proving, hydrocarbon measurement, and instrumentation calibration.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, API, AGA, GPA, and custody-transfer measurement standards.
• Experience working with technical buyers, reliability teams, measurement divisions, project managers, and procurement stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
