• Engage in a comprehensive training and bench program for Store Managers.

• Understand the organization and assist in store operations.

• Get ready to assume control of a store as openings arise.

• Oversee store operations, team management, inventory, merchandising, and financial outcomes.

• Manage overall store performance in a high-volume retail setting.

• Be prepared to relocate and reside/work within the designated Caribbean or South Pacific region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Store Manager in grocery, large-format retail, big-box, warehouse club, or comparable high-volume settings.

• Proven track record of leading large teams — preferably with 70 or more employees.

• Strong expertise in store operations, team leadership, inventory oversight, merchandising, and financial performance.

• Experience in managing a high-volume retail operation with responsibility for overall store outcomes.

• A genuine desire and adaptability to relocate within the specified region.

• Willingness to live and work anywhere within the assigned area.

• Must be available for full-time work.
