This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Provide statewide operational leadership and oversight for ECF CHOICES programs.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services, adherence to regulations, and consistent implementation of program policies and procedures.
• Lead initiatives for workforce development.
• Foster employee engagement and retention efforts.
• Deliver performance management and staff development throughout the program.
• Offer clinical oversight while promoting operational excellence and positive outcomes for ECF CHOICES members and their supporting teams.
• Assess and improve workflow efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Spearhead performance improvement initiatives and apply best-practice solutions.
• Manage supervisory-level staff and assist coordination personnel.
• Aid in the recruitment and ongoing training of the support coordination team.
• Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain reporting systems for tracking, trending, and monitoring initiatives and outcomes.
• Collect, analyze, and present data to fulfill reporting obligations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency policies, procedures, and standards through documentation review, clinical outcomes assessment, and staff education.
• RN, ideally with a current Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse (CDDN) certification; or a bachelor’s degree in social work, nursing, education, another human service or health care field, or a related discipline.
• Fulfill federal criteria for a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) or Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).
• Required: 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Required: 3 years of experience in providing support coordination to individuals receiving long-term care and/or home and community-based services.
• Strongly preferred: Experience with ECF CHOICES, LTSS TennCare, or community-based programs.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to execute non-routine analytical tasks.
• Skills in team development.
• Proficiency in navigating complex, multi-system challenges.
• Proven leadership qualities that encourage employee growth and development.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Full-time employee position.
• Occasional travel throughout Tennessee.
