This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
• Oversee the demand for staffing and the supply of internal resources, taking into account upcoming roll-offs, staffing cliffs, bench status, leave returns, and new staffing requests.
• Recognize suitable internal staffing opportunities by assessing skills, experience, availability, and project requirements.
• Manage internal transitions, onboarding, backfills, and project modifications in coordination with employees and Program Managers.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition when internal resources are not available and facilitate the external hiring process.
• Keep staffing information up-to-date across platforms such as Jira, Workday, and staffing dashboards.
• Engage in proactive communication with Client Delivery, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Contracts, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Spot staffing risks early on and escalate exceptions or decisions that require leadership's input.
• Ensure that staffing needs and available resources are actively monitored and addressed.
• Make certain that internal resources are prioritized before resorting to unnecessary external hiring.
• Provide clear visibility to stakeholders regarding staffing changes, risks, and subsequent steps.
• Foster strong relationships with business partners, particularly Client Delivery teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Program, Project Management, and Growth.
• Proven experience in staffing, resource management, workforce planning, recruiting, project/program operations, or a similar capacity, ideally within a boutique consulting firm.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and the capacity to make informed decisions independently.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in working with data, dashboards, and operational systems such as Jira, Workday, and Greenhouse.
• High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Proactive in problem-solving with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
• Capability to navigate rapidly changing processes and take a hands-on approach to process enhancement.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Work authorization that does not necessitate visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to fulfill requirements related to applicable government contracts.
• Potentially subject to a government background check or security clearance, depending on the contract.
• RMCP certification is a plus.
