
Staffing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Deliver first-level assistance to field personnel and facility clients
• Operate with efficiency and a sense of urgency, both independently and collaboratively
• Collaborate with clients to assess staffing needs
• Assign qualified field staff to roles at client facilities
• Coordinate staffing operations between field staff and clients through calls, emails, staffing platforms, and other methods
• Oversee open orders and ensure shifts are filled with qualified field staff
• Provide timely updates to field staff and facility clients
• Detect discrepancies in staffing schedules and report trends to managers and the local office as necessary
• Build and maintain relationships between clients and field staff
• Address concerns of field staff and clients promptly while maintaining the company's standards of excellence
• Execute additional tasks assigned by management
• 1-2 years of experience, ideally within the staffing industry
• Excellent computer and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with databases and/or automated programs is advantageous
• Prior experience in healthcare or call center environments is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to effectively perform the essential job functions
• Must be eligible to work in Missouri, Alabama, Texas, or Oklahoma, USA
