This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to team members, including junior engineers.
• Work collaboratively with backend developers, designers, and product managers to enhance customer experiences.
• Engage in and facilitate code reviews to uphold code quality and standards.
• Recognize opportunities for refactoring and optimization to boost maintainability and scalability.
• Complete onboarding training and execute an initial code change with pairing or mentoring support.
• Take full ownership and deliver frontend components for small to medium-sized features.
• Participate in testing, technical specification planning, requirements definition, estimation, code review, and retrospectives.
• Write technical specifications and collaborate on delivery strategies.
• Guide junior teammates in implementation, design evaluation, software engineering, and Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of roadmap projects from technical planning to testing and final execution.
• Identify technical initiatives such as reducing technical debt, adopting new systems, managing dependencies, or enhancing performance.
• Over 7 years of experience in planning, developing, and releasing frontend applications utilizing web technologies (React, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Proven experience in building web applications with TypeScript.
• Ability to proficiently create web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Preferred: Experience as a full stack engineer.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Node.js.
• Preferred: Experience working within a large codebase.
• Preferred: Background in building and/or maintaining an internal UI library.
• Preferred: Strong communication and project management skills gained from cross-team and cross-functional collaboration.
