This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a new agent-based order workflow.

• Advance VTEX's Order Management and Order Allocation systems.

• Allow merchants to tailor the processing, routing, and fulfillment of orders for various use cases and markets.

• Engage directly with high-scale, mission-critical systems.

• Tackle intricate challenges related to distributed systems, platform architecture, and AI-driven orchestration.

• Partner with stakeholders and leadership across different levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive backend engineering experience with distributed systems.

• Proven track record in high-scale, mission-critical environments.

• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and contribute to shaping solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and leadership levels.

• Confidence in offering technical insights and challenging decisions when necessary.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS), messaging systems, and .NET/C# is highly advantageous.

• Experience or interest in AI / agent-based systems is highly regarded.

• The use of any form of artificial intelligence (AI) during the selection process is strictly prohibited.
