📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete candidate experience for Staff-level and leadership positions, managing intricate negotiations, equity education, and competitive counter-offers.

• Design and implement advanced sourcing strategies to attract elusive talent within specialized technical fields such as Rust, browser engine architecture, and privacy-preserving AI.

• Act as a key talent advisor to VPs and Directors, leveraging data-driven insights to shape organizational structure and multi-quarter hiring strategies.

• Spearhead the ongoing enhancement of recruiting processes by utilizing Career Level Guides (CLGs) for uniform candidate assessment, leveling, and calibration.

• Promote long-term succession planning by pinpointing and engaging talent for future critical positions while maintaining a robust and diverse talent pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in either a high-growth or open-source setting.

• Proven capability in constructing proprietary talent maps and successfully recruiting high-level candidates through mission alignment and advanced negotiation techniques.

• Established history of utilizing job-level expectations to conduct calibration sessions that yield consistent and equitable hiring outcomes.

• Strong aptitude for collaborating with senior leadership to set performance objectives and identify development opportunities for talent pipelines.
