This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a scalable strategy for preparing the organization for new products, workflows, capabilities, and process modifications.
• Perform change-impact assessments across teams, workflows, policies, tools, training, and the patient experience.
• Create rollout and adoption strategies in collaboration with Product, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Support, and other stakeholders.
• Convert product and technical changes into guidance, training, documentation, communications, and readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Project Managers to integrate operational readiness into launches and identify dependencies and adoption risks.
• Organize pilots, phased releases, Early Access Programs, and internal testing based on launch success criteria and adoption metrics.
• Track rollout performance, resolve post-launch challenges, and convert feedback into product and operational enhancements.
• Establish systems for gathering and analyzing feedback from patients and internal users.
• Transform feedback and operational insights into themes and actionable suggestions.
• Ensure that frontline insights reach Product teams early enough to impact planning and product decisions.
• Enhance product-development processes, tools, planning rituals, launch calendars, intake processes, decision frameworks, and roadmap transparency.
• Facilitate stakeholder contributions to planning and prioritization, streamline Product processes, and assist high-priority cross-functional initiatives.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, Change Management, or a related area.
• Proven experience in establishing processes and programs from the ground up within a fast-paced organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex product launches or organizational rollouts.
• Strong instincts in change management, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, readiness, and adoption assessment.
• Experience in converting qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable product recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Exceptional written communication skills and the capability to simplify complex changes for others to comprehend.
• Ability to navigate between strategic challenges and highly tactical execution.
• Familiarity with internal tools or workflows utilized by operational teams.
• Experience in the healthcare or health-technology sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with AI-enabled products or complex technical solutions is an advantage.
• Background in a high-growth or scale-up environment is highly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a current or future work visa.
