Product Operations – Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the product management tool ecosystem, which includes roadmap practices, standards, and team adoption.

• Standardize product development methodologies where an enterprise-level approach is beneficial while maintaining flexibility across different product contexts.

• Define and analyze operational and enterprise metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the product team.

• Collaborate with the Innovation team to establish frameworks, templates, and tools that facilitate portfolio visibility, planning, governance, and execution.

• Monitor the progress of innovation initiatives, identify risks and dependencies, and align outcomes with leadership priorities.

• Develop executive-level communications that translate product and innovation efforts into clear business updates.

• Oversee operational rhythms such as portfolio reviews, status updates, risk management, decision logs, and escalation pathways.

• Link product strategy to execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Global Product Operations, and Innovation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, business operations, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable processes that enhance team efficiency.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to organize and interpret both quantitative and qualitative product data.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft narratives suited for stakeholders.

• Experience in managing product tools such as Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Productboard, or similar platforms.

• Capability to work collaboratively across functions and influence results without direct authority.

• Comfort navigating ambiguity and matrixed organizations; skilled at structuring work in early-stage or fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, rapid experimentation, or design thinking methodologies.
