This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Collaborate with leadership from Product Operations along with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to enhance operating models, drive transformation initiatives, and implement innovative working methods.
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable plans, facilitating cross-functional initiatives from initial planning to execution.
• Operationalize and continually refine product practices, tools, processes, and operational rhythms through thorough documentation, feedback collection, and measurement.
• Spearhead change and adoption initiatives by creating communications, training materials, enablement resources, and metrics for success.
• Manage initiatives across various stakeholders, overseeing timelines, dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Apply Lean, Agile, and DevOps principles to uncover improvement opportunities, helping teams work more efficiently and deliver value more swiftly.
• Design and implement enablement programs, which include onboarding, training sessions, workshops, playbooks, templates, office hours, and communities of practice.
• Create reports, dashboards, and decision-ready materials that track objectives, progress, outcomes, dependencies, risks, and key business metrics.
• Foster continuous discovery, analytics, experimentation, and AI enablement by promoting the adoption of approved practices, standards, tools, and governance requirements.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration by facilitating working sessions, clarifying ownership, documenting decisions, and providing implementation support across product teams.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives while effectively translating strategy into execution through planning, operational enhancements, and change management.
• Familiarity with contemporary product practices, including discovery, experimentation, product analytics, Agile methodologies, and Lean principles.
• Proficient in portfolio management, prioritization, dependency oversight, product management tools, and product operating rhythms.
• Proven experience in enabling AI-supported workflows and promoting responsible AI adoption.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, executive storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills, with a track record of driving outcomes without formal authority.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to utilize data and insights to inform decisions, assess outcomes, and promote continuous improvement.
• Preferred: Background in a Big 4 consulting environment.
• Preferred: Experience in facilitating PI Planning, quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, or other multi-team planning processes.
• Preferred: Experience in developing enablement programs, training, coaching, or fostering communities of practice.
• Preferred: Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and dashboard creation.
• Preferred: Experience working in a large, matrixed enterprise environment.
