This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute assigned go-to-market (GTM) tasks throughout product launches, updates, and lifecycle workflows.
• Maintain timelines, trackers, and dependency logs while escalating risks as necessary.
• Ensure that deliverables conform to established templates and standards.
• Support launch readiness checkpoints by preparing necessary materials and summaries.
• Draft release notes, product update summaries, internal FAQs, readiness checklists, and basic product descriptions in alignment with approved messaging.
• Keep documentation libraries and version control up to date.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Customer Experience (CX), and Regional Marketing to collect required inputs.
• Manage asset trafficking and navigate materials through review and approval cycles.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, decisions, and action items.
• Develop internal enablement materials and documentation for downstream teams.
• Assist in distributing updates, training materials, or communications.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed about changes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Update dashboards, GTM trackers, and reporting tools.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks, progress, and status updates.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies to support process improvements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing operations, PMO, or similar roles.
• Experience in documentation, project coordination, or workflow management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with product marketing or GTM concepts is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient in concise, structured operational copywriting.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional task and time management skills.
• Capable of managing multiple deliverables and adhering to structured workflows.
• Clear and consistent communicator with strong listening and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable using project management tools, documentation systems, and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to adhere to templates, frameworks, and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Product, Brand, and Regional teams.
• Ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Proficient in English, which is PMI’s business language.
• Willingness to travel nationally and globally, potentially over weekends or holidays.
• Some travel may be required, potentially up to 15%, conditions permitting, including national and global travel that may occur over weekends or holidays.
