This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of and manage the core product management and roadmapping platform, encompassing workspaces, fields, workflows, scorecards, and permissions.
• Sustain the link between the product management platform and engineering work-tracking systems via field mapping and status synchronization.
• Oversee the broader product technology ecosystem, assess tools, mitigate tool sprawl, and maintain integrations across roadmap, delivery, feedback, and CRM systems.
• Develop and oversee intake and prioritization workflows.
• Create documentation for system configuration and standard operating procedures.
• Construct dashboards and reports that reflect roadmap status, delivery progress, and portfolio health.
• Establish and monitor product operations metrics such as cycle time, roadmap adherence, planning hygiene, and tool adoption.
• Centralize the definition of Product Performance metrics, build telemetry, and ensure data availability for data and BI teams.
• Collaborate with the central Business Intelligence team to coordinate dashboard and reporting builds.
• Partner with Finance, Sales/RevOps, and Engineering to integrate commercial and delivery data into product prioritization and reporting.
• Assist in business reviews, quarterly and annual planning, and board updates with reliable data.
• Oversee data quality and promote hygiene standards.
• Design and document repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, intake, and roadmap reviews.
• Identify and address friction, manual tasks, and duplication through process improvements, automation, or tooling.
• Create templates, playbooks, and checklists for feature intake, roadmap reviews, and launch readiness.
• Provide training for product managers and embedded product operations partners through documentation and office hours.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
• Standardize processes across product pods while retaining necessary flexibility.
• Convert company priorities and strategy into measurable roadmaps and planning cadences.
• Conduct quarterly and annual planning cycles, roadmap reviews, and business reviews.
• Track strategic progress and highlight misalignment between execution and leadership priorities.
• Aid in trade-off and prioritization decisions.
• Ensure pod-level work is in alignment with company strategic themes.
• Confirm that planning decisions are accurately reflected in operational systems.
• A minimum of 10 years in Product Operations, Business/Sales Operations, or a Product Analyst/Management role.
• Experience ideally supporting or working within a product or engineering organization.
• Practical experience with or familiarity with product roadmapping/PPM tools such as Aha!, Productboard, or Jira Product Discovery.
• Proficient with work-tracking tools like Jira, Linear, or Azure DevOps.
• Comfortable creating dashboards and reports using PPM tools, Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets, or Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Experience using LLM-based tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity for job- and role-related workflows, dashboards, and research.
• Proven track record in designing and documenting repeatable processes for intake, prioritization, and planning cadences.
• Familiarity with PDLC and SDLC processes, roadmaps, backlogs, sprints, and prioritization frameworks such as RICE and WSJF, along with various product profiles.
• Ability to facilitate discussions on strategic priorities and execution to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• A generalist mindset with comfort in technical configuration, process design, and data/reporting tasks.
