Product Operations & Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance the product management tool stack, ensuring effective roadmap practices, standards, and team adoption.

• Standardize product development methodologies where an enterprise approach proves beneficial while maintaining flexibility across various product contexts.

• Establish and report on operational and enterprise metrics that reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of the product team.

• Collaborate with the Innovation team to implement frameworks, templates, and tools that foster portfolio visibility, planning, governance, and execution.

• Monitor the progress of innovation initiatives, identify risks and dependencies, and align outcomes with leadership priorities.

• Develop executive-level communications that translate product and innovation efforts into clear business updates.

• Oversee operating cadences such as portfolio reviews, status updates, risk management, decision logs, and escalation paths.

• Link product strategy to execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Global Product Operations, and Innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in product operations, product management, business operations, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable processes that enhance team efficiency.

• Strong analytical abilities to organize and interpret both quantitative and qualitative product data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft stakeholder-ready narratives.

• Familiarity with managing product tools such as Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Productboard, or comparable platforms.

• Capability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and matrixed organizations; adept at structuring early-stage or rapidly changing work environments.

• Experience with AI-assisted workflows, rapid experimentation, or design thinking methodologies.
