• Define enterprise positioning for security and platform purchasers in partnership with Product and the founders.
• Conduct win-loss analysis and monitor competitors within the agent security domain.
• Transform market intelligence into enhanced positioning and product feedback.
• Investigate enterprise buyers, comprehend their priorities and purchasing processes, and provide actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• Create sales enablement resources such as discovery questions, pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection handling materials, and case studies.
• Educate the sales team on the enablement resources.
• Strategize enterprise product launches from initial planning to announcement.
• Develop a framework and playbook for tiered launches.
• Collaborate with DevRel and Engineering to produce launch content.
• Coordinate launch activities across Marketing, Product, and Sales.
• Convert customer successes into case studies and references with Sales and post-sales teams.
• Prepare materials for analyst briefings and executive discussions with enterprise prospects.
• Acquire knowledge about the product, customers, and competitive landscape during the first 90 days.
• Deliver an updated enterprise pitch deck, competitive battlecards, and objection handling guidance.
• Develop a launch playbook and execute the initial enterprise launch.
• Publish the first customer case study.
• Extensive product marketing experience within a security, identity, or infrastructure firm selling to enterprises from a top-down approach.
• Proven track record of leading a product marketing team while maintaining an individual-contributor perspective.
• Capability to quickly learn complex technical products and articulate them credibly to security and engineering audiences.
• Experience in creating sales materials and training utilized by representatives, demonstrating measurable outcomes such as win rates or deal velocity.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, including involvement in customer calls and field learning.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
• Proficiency in using AI agents for research, competitive analysis, and content creation.
• Background in identity (IAM, PAM, non-human identity) or zero-trust security is a plus.
• Familiarity with analyst relations or category creation is advantageous.
• Experience in developing enablement and launch programs at an early-stage company is beneficial.
• Marketing experience with developer tools or platforms is a plus.
• Experience with both top-down enterprise sales and bottom-up, product-led adoption is advantageous.
