This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of GTM systems administrators and program managers
• Oversee the comprehensive GTM platform ecosystem, primarily centered around Salesforce
• Manage the architecture, data models, user profiles and permissions, automation processes, integrations, and interdependent downstream tools
• Act as the ultimate escalation point for intricate platform challenges
• Establish Salesforce administration standards, encompassing release management, change control, documentation, quoting, and CPQ processes
• Take ownership of strategy, budget management, renewals, and license governance for the GTM SaaS portfolio
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement on ROI analysis, seat forecasting, and investment strategies
• Lead evaluations of vendors and major tool migrations from requirement gathering, due diligence, development, launch, change management, to legacy tool retirement
• Design and enforce GTM compliance and governance protocols across various markets
• Provide data and audit assistance to the Legal team and leadership
• Oversee systems work for new market introductions, rebranding efforts, and innovative sales strategies
• Collaborate with Enablement on onboarding, training initiatives, documentation, and user adoption
• Manage incident response, devise engineering workarounds, safeguard data integrity, and keep field and executive leadership updated
• Over 10 years of experience in GTM operations, sales or revenue operations, or GTM systems within an enterprise or rapidly growing B2B SaaS organization
• More than 5 years of direct experience in people management, leading systems administrators or GTM operations teams
• Extensive, hands-on Salesforce administration experience on an enterprise level with over 1,000 users
• Proficient in Salesforce objects, security settings and sharing, profiles and permission sets, automation, reporting, and integrations
• CPQ experience is highly preferred, particularly with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud
• Familiarity with product and pricing configuration, discount approval processes, and quote-to-cash workflows
• Experience managing a comprehensive GTM platform that includes CRM, sales engagement, data and enrichment, conversation intelligence, gifting, and customer reference platforms
• Proven track record of leading a significant GTM tool evaluation, implementation, or migration from inception to completion
• Experience in vendor due diligence, business case development, contract negotiations, and change management processes
• Working knowledge of GDPR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and Do Not Contact regulations
• Experience collaborating with Legal to implement compliance requirements within systems
• Proven ability to manage a software budget and oversee license governance
• Experience in presenting data-driven recommendations to executive leadership
• Must currently reside in North America
• Salesforce certifications are advantageous, including Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or CPQ Specialist
• Familiarity with AI features in GTM tools is an additional plus
